The Moorpark College Performing Arts Center is entering Phase 2 of the project to upgrade its current HVAC systems. Work includes furnishing and installation of equipment as specified in the architectural drawings included in the Bid Package. Work includes but is not limited to the proper installation of not less than 5 rooftop units and one split system inclusive of controls and all devices used to make a complete and functional space air conditioning system and controls. Contractor shall furnish, install, test and make operational all mechanical equipment and components of the system according to the plans and specifications noted in the Bid Package.
