Enclosed is a packet for Bid #668 Sale of Surplus Milling and Lathe Machines. This bid
packet includes the General Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, Pricing Form and the Bid
Form.
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to verify that their proposal has been received by the
VCCCD Purchasing Department prior to the opening date.
All bid responses must be clearly marked with the bid number and title and returned in a sealed
envelope to the Ventura County Community College District, Attn: Purchasing Department, 761
E Daily Drive, Suite 200, Camarillo, CA 93010. The bid deadline is at 2:00 p.m., Thursday,
