This scope of work is a summary and is not intended to limit work described in the construction documents with exception of specific items listed by another contractor.
This project includes installation of new prefabricated metal fence panels around a portion of the perimeter of an existing Child Development Center building. Construct custom metal gates including electrified panic hardware and coordination with low-voltage camera/intercom system. Existing concrete walks will be altered and new concrete walkways will be installed. Existing landscape areas and its associated irrigation components will be removed and replaced as needed.
