This scope of work is a summary and is not intended to limit work described in the construction documents with exception of specific items listed by another contractor.
This project includes removing and replacing existing asphalt and concrete pathways, regrading the site to ensure proper drainage, and installing new concrete walkways per ADA compliance standards. Additionally, storm drainage improvements, such as catch basins and parkway drains, will be constructed to enhance site drainage. Protective measures for existing utilities, trees, and structures will be implemented throughout the construction process.
