Work will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, disposal, equipment, and warranties to remove and replace exterior doors and windows, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and exterior siding, remove, replace and secure exterior ramp plywood, update signage and upgrade interior and exterior lighting with LED systems.
