The HVAC System in the Bookstore and Financial Aid Building (Building E*), is failing and in need of replacement. This bid is for the removal/demolition of three ground mounted gas heat furnaces, cooling coils and outdoor condensing units, and the installation and replacement of same with new ducting connections. The project also includes the demolition and removal of the existing fence and concrete pad, and its replacement.
*Note that the Ventura college bookstore and Financial Aid departments occupy this building and so names may be interchangeable as they relate to different ends of the same building: Building E.
