Project Summary:
The project consists of the removal and replacement of 2 air handlers, boiler and control system at the District Office (Administration Center). The current units are approximately 15 years old and are failing to provide consistent air temperatures. The system services two floors in the building where reconstruction may have hampered performance of existing internal peripheral equipment.
