This project will consist of general site work for placement of Steel Shade structures provided and installed by others and to complete the Outdoor Kinesiology Classroom. Contractor shall provide construction layout and staking for proposed shade structures, footings, and columns by a professional land surveyor. Some underground utility work is required to accommodate the proposed structures. Existing Steel Shade structures are on site ready for installation by others.
Provide and install concrete and asphalt pavement, resilient surfacing, fencing, minor landscaping including planting and irrigation, emergency site lighting and fire alarm and lighting on steel shade structures.
The Re-bid Documents, delta 3, dated 08-09-2023 include CCD-001 and CCD-002 and original DSA 03-122956 with partial work completed by others (earlier contractor Bid # 644) shown as “Complete by others”. The original 03-122956 DSA approved documents and current CCDs to date are provided as reference.
