Work will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, disposal, equipment, and warranties to remove and replace exterior and interior doors and windows, repair and refinish walls, install new millwork, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and exterior siding, remove and install new roofing system, install an ADA-compliant ramp and stairs, update signage, replace internet and telecommunications infrastructure, upgrade electrical and lighting systems, and install new HVAC units with associated ductwork and air balancing. Proposals shall include costs for Labor, Materials, and Payment & Performance bonds (for any amount over $25,000).
