This scope of work is a summary and is not intended to limit work described in the construction documents with exception of specific items listed by another contractor.
This project includes installation of new prefabricated metal fencing around part of an existing child-care center, including custom metal gates with electrified panic hardware integrated with the existing low-voltage camera and intercom system. Replace sections of existing concrete walkways as needed and add steel security bars to selected windows.
