This scope of work is a summary, it is not all-inclusive, nor is intended to limit work described in the construction documents.
This project scope includes all site preparation, facility, equipment, and personnel protection measures, and associated building improvements to repair the roof, walls, terrace tile flooring, and repairs and refinishing of the interior walls and surfaces from moisture penetrations/damages.
Scope of work includes demolishing and damaged Kalwall translucent paneling systems in various locations throughout the building – walls and roofing, demo and disposal, repair and repainting of interior wall finish to facilitate removal and replacement of Kalwall systems, demo – disposal – and replacement of floor tiling, demo and replacement of TPO roofing system as indicated in the construction documents.
