Work will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, disposal, equipment, and warranties to perform grading of the existing native soil and construct continuous concrete footing and slab on grade for a greenhouse. Work includes utility (gas, domestic water, and electricity) emplacement and stub up in slab, site grubbing and grading, compaction, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement per project specifications. A trench drain shall be installed at the center of the slab, sloped for proper drainage, and connected to a French drain system to manage runoff. Install concrete mow strip and erect a galvanized steel frame 24’ x 48’ Greenhouse Deluxe Teaching Package as Owner Furnished Contractor Install (OFCI). All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable codes, industry standards, and project plans. The greenhouse structure will be provided and installed by others. Proposals shall include costs for Labor, Materials, and Payment & Performance bonds (for any amount over $25,000).
