The Ventura College Math and Science Complex is made up of three buildings that are in need of removal and replacement of its main HVAC units. The project will involve some structural roofing work, electrical, and plumbing work as well as HVAC and controls. The project estimate is $3,250,000.
Specifications and drawings are on the attached PDF documents. The Jobwalk for this project is Mandatory.
Note that due to the Ventura County ‘Stay Well Order’, the District requires that only one representative per company attend the jobwalk and maintain social distancing protocols.
