Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting. The District will conduct a Pre-Submittal Meeting at date/time indicated above. Applicants are required to attend the Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting via Zoom. Applicants obtaining the Pre-Qualification Application from the District will be provided the Zoom link for remote access to the Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting.
