This scope of work is a summary and is not intended to limit work described in the construction documents with exception of specific items listed by another contractor.
This project includes minor tenant improvements to interior of the M Building including the existing non-load bearing partition walls. Remove existing wood framing, drywall and plywood on select existing interior walls and create new office space layout for business use. The exterior walls and windows are to remain intact and require no structural modifications. Improvements include the addition of accessible men’s and women’s shower rooms, a new lunch room and updating existing finishes as needed. Remove, replace & install new electrical, plumbing, mechanical & fire suppression systems to new layout.
