The Ventura College Learning Resource Center Roof Remodel consists of the design of a solution to a leaking issue at the Learning Resource Center on the Ventura College campus. There is a leak in the building’s translucent roof and wall elements that has resulted in mineral build up as well as damage to nearby interior surfaces. The main objective of this project is to retain the use of natural light while addressing the ongoing leakage problems and the adverse effects on the interior finishes.
